We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a strong background in SAP implementation, support, and rollout projects. The ideal candidate will have deep business process knowledge and expertise in project implementation methodologies, including ASAP and ITIL processes. You will take end-to-end ownership of SAP technical development, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all aspects of technical SAP development and delivery.

- Understand functional specifications and author detailed technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on S/4 HANA.

- Participate across all project phases: preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and production support.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver custom solutions aligned with client requirements.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution of tickets per SLAs.

- Develop, document, and execute unit, integration, and acceptance tests for complex functions.

- Mentor junior team members and lead small teams effectively.

- Manage effort estimation, risk identification, and provide technical guidance during the project lifecycle.

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose innovative, value-adding solutions.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- Proven experience in SAP implementation and support projects.

- Strong knowledge of procedural and object-oriented ABAP programming.

- Extensive experience in debugging, performance tuning, runtime analysis, and system monitoring.

- Proficient in SAP development tools and technologies, including S/4 HANA Development and OData Services.

- Expertise in ABAP Objects, Conversions, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, and performance tuning techniques.

- Experience with Gateway services, FPM reports, and RICEFW development.

- Familiarity with interfacing solutions such as BAPI, RFC, ALE/EDI Idocs, BTEs, CDS Views, and VOFM

routines.

- Skilled in developing SMART Forms, SAP scripts, Dialog programming, and Function Modules.

- Strong understanding of SAP technical development with an emphasis on ABAP for HANA.

- SAP certification is preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification (highly desirable)

- Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP systems

- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
