We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Developer with 5 - 12 years of experience in Guidewire implementation and integration projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PolicyCenter integration, Gosu, Guidewire APIs, web services, messaging, and third-party system integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Develop integrations between PolicyCenter and external applications such as BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, CRM, portals, payment systems, rating engines, document management systems, and other third-party platforms.

- Work extensively with Gosu for integration development and customization.

- Develop and consume REST/SOAP web services and Guidewire APIs.

- Implement inbound and outbound integrations using appropriate Guidewire integration patterns.

- Work with messaging frameworks, event-driven integrations, queues, and asynchronous processing.

- Configure and develop Integration Gateway components where applicable.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling between PolicyCenter and external systems.

- Develop integration components using Guidewire Integration architecture, plugins, web services, messaging, and APIs.

- Troubleshoot integration issues, analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement fixes.

- Participate in technical design, code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with Guidewire best practices.

- Support deployment activities across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 12 years of overall IT experience with relevant experience in Guidewire.

- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.

- Strong experience in PolicyCenter Integration Development.

- Good knowledge of Gosu programming.

- Experience developing REST and SOAP web services.

- Hands-on experience with Guidewire APIs and integration patterns.

- Experience with inbound and outbound integrations.

- Good understanding of XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, HTTP/HTTPS, and data transformation.

- Experience with Guidewire plugins and messaging.

- Knowledge of Integration Gateway is preferred.

- Experience integrating PolicyCenter with external systems and/or other Guidewire applications.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, version control, and CI/CD practices.

- Experience working with databases and writing basic to intermediate SQL queries.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Guidewire Cloud.

- Guidewire PolicyCenter certification is an advantage.

- Experience with BillingCenter and/or ClaimCenter integrations.

- Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud APIs / REST APIs.

- Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging platforms.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, or other DevOps tools.

- Experience with API gateways and integration middleware.

- Knowledge of insurance domain processes such as Policy, Product, Account, Submission, Quote, Bind, Issue, and Renewal.
