We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 78 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customizing and extending CRM using plugins, workflows, JavaScript/TypeScript, custom APIs, and web resources, along with integration skills leveraging Azure Services and Web APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet business and technical requirements.

- Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and web resources (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) to extend CRM functionality.

- Build and expose custom APIs for integration and data services.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, Web APIs, and third-party integration tools.

- Perform data migrations using Data Import, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or other ETL tools.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM applications.

- Optimize CRM performance through best practices in coding, indexing, and caching.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions.

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control using Azure DevOps/Git.

- Provide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for CRM applications.

Required Skills :

- 78 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE/Customer Engagement).

- Strong expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components.

- Deep understanding of CRM customization and configuration (entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles).

- Experience with plugin development, workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate.

- Knowledge of Azure Services for integration (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps).

- Strong experience with data migration tools (KingswaySoft, SSIS, Data Import).

- Solid understanding of CRM SDK, OData, Web API, and FetchXML.

- Proficiency in SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online and On-Premise environments.

- Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, PCF Controls, and Dataverse.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification(s).
