Zensar Technologies - Coupa Consultant - Ticketing System

Position : Coupa Consultant.

Experience : 3+Yrs.

Location : Pune(Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.

- Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

- Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.

- Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).

- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.

- Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.

- Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems.

- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.

- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Coupa certifications or training.

- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices.
