Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Adaptive Forms using AEM Forms components and templates.

- Implement form validations, dynamic behavior, rules editor logic, and conditional fields.

- Develop custom components and client libraries using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sightly/HTL.

Workflow & Document Services :

- Create and maintain AEM Workflows (OSGi and JEE).

- Implement Document Services for PDF generation, reader extension, document security, and form data processing.

- Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems such as REST/SOAP services, databases, and CRM.

Integration & Deployment :

- Integrate AEM Forms with external systems (API calls, data models, prefill service, submit actions).

- Set up and configure AEM environments, including publisher/author instances, dispatchers, and OSGi configurations.

- Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Maintenance & Support :

- Debug and resolve issues related to form submissions, workflows, and document output.

- Optimize performance of forms and backend services.

- Provide production support and documentation.

Required Skills :

- 3-7 years of experience with AEM, including AEM Forms.

- Strong knowledge of Adaptive Forms, AEM Workflows, and Document Services.

- Experience with Java, OSGi, Sling Models, Maven, HTL/Sightly.

- Front-end skills: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular/React (optional).

- Experience integrating REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understanding of XDP/XFA, XML/JSON schemas, and form data models (FDM).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AEM 6.5 or AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Knowledge of Forms CS, AEM Granite UI, Core Components.

- Familiarity with Adobe Sign, Document Cloud, or Security Services.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.

- Adobe AEM Certification (Plus).
