You will move beyond traditional network maintenance, driving automation, enhancing our cloud network infrastructure, and implementing next-generation security protocols.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network solutions across our global enterprise, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environment.

- Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.

- Enhance our network security posture by implementing modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.

- Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery.

- Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents.

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.

- Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure.
