About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to create engaging online and blended learning experiences. The role involves collaborating with academic staff and subject matter experts to design learner-focused courses, assessments, and digital learning resources.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop online, blended, and hybrid learning courses.

- Create engaging learning activities, assessments, and course content.

- Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to learning solutions.

- Ensure course materials meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and UDL principles.

- Review and improve courses using learner feedback and analytics.

- Support and train faculty on learning design best practices and digital learning tools.

- Develop training materials, templates, and course design guides.

- Use LMS platforms (preferably Moodle) and learning technologies to deliver quality learning experiences.

- Collaborate with multimedia and technical teams to enhance course delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Instructional Design, eLearning, Learning Technologies, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in learning design, instructional design, curriculum development, or digital learning.

- Experience designing online and blended learning programs.

- Experience in Higher Education, VET, or corporate learning environments preferred.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Articulate 360, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat.

- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and UDL.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
