Yoda Tech is looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using the Mendix low-code development platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro, application architecture, data modelling, system integrations, and application performance optimisation.

The candidate will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Mendix Studio and Mendix Studio Pro.

- Build application workflows, domain models, microflows, nanoflows, pages, and reusable components.

- Develop and maintain data models, entities, associations, and application logic.

- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Develop and configure custom widgets, modules, and reusable components wherever required.

- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve application reliability and scalability.

- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, effort estimation, and Agile ceremonies.

- Follow coding standards, application security guidelines, and software development best practices.

- Support application deployment, maintenance, enhancements, and production issue resolution.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application design, integrations, and implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in application development, including hands-on Mendix development experience.

- Strong working knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro and the Mendix development environment.

- Experience developing applications using microflows, nanoflows, domain modelling, workflows, and UI components.

- Knowledge of database design, data modelling, entities, associations, and data management.

- Experience integrating applications with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, or other integration mechanisms.

- Understanding of application testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of application security, access controls, and user-role management.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience developing custom widgets or reusable Mendix modules.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and version control.

- Experience working with enterprise applications, third-party integrations, and scalable application architectures.

- Mendix Rapid Developer or Advanced Developer certification.
