YES MADAM is on the hunt for a System Architect to design and lead the next generation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems powering India's fastest-growing beauty & wellness platform.

As a System Architect, you'll be the technical backbone of our engineering team - defining system design, architecture, and scalability strategies while mentoring developers to build robust systems that handle millions of users.

What You'll Do :

- Design and oversee architecture for distributed and microservices-based systems

- Collaborate with product, backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions

- Define coding, performance, and security standards

- Optimize system performance, latency, and reliability

- Lead modernization efforts - containerization, CI/CD, observability, etc.

- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical mentorship to the development team

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies for scalability and cost efficiency

What We're Looking For :

- Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

- Solid understanding of system design, scalability patterns, and cloud-native architecture

- Experience with AWS cloud platform

- Proficient in SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases

- Strong foundation in API design, caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven systems

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Experience with large-scale, high-concurrency systems

- Hands-on exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)

- Deep understanding of application security and compliance best practices

- Prior experience leading tech migrations or platform redesigns
