YASH Technologies - UX Lead - Figma

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX design efforts for IT products, from ideation to execution.

- Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma and other design tools.

- Implement design solutions using HTML and CSS for web interfaces.

- Ensure adherence to organizational UI design standards and component libraries.

- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and users to drive design consistency and usability.

- Work within an Agile/Scrum delivery methodology, actively participating in sprints, design reviews, and iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in UX design for IT products.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS.

- Demonstrated ability to work with UI design standards, component libraries, and design systems.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional team collaboration.

- Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.

Good to Have :

- Awareness or exposure to React and third-party UI libraries (e.g., MUI).

- Knowledge of Vibe coding or other AI-assisted design tools.
