- Perform thorough manual testing across different phases of the testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, system, sanity, and regression testing.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all phases of the software testing lifecycle.

Defect Management & Reporting :

- Document and report test results in a timely and accurate manner using designated systems for test results reporting and defect tracking.

- Clearly articulate identified defects, their impact, and steps to reproduce them.

Collaboration & Process Improvement :

- Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality and resolve issues promptly.

- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex requirements and troubleshoot issues.

- Contribute to understanding how to perform software deployment processes to better inform testing strategies.

- Work proactively and efficiently under minimal guidance, demonstrating a self-motivated approach.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills :

Education : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Engineering.

Experience : 5+ years of dedicated experience in Manual QA/Testing.

Core QA Skills :

- Proven experience in test scenario identification, test case writing, and test plan creation.

- Proficiency in performing Sanity and Regression testing.

- Experience with test data management.

- Familiarity with defect tracking and test results reporting systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Basic understanding of software deployment processes.

- Work Ethic : Self-motivated, proactive, able to work well under pressure, and capable of working effectively with minimal guidance.

- A quick learner, capable of rapidly understanding new product features and functionalities.

Good to Have :

- Prior work experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a significant advantage.
