YASH Technologies - Test Engineer - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Ecommerce applications using Java and Selenium.

- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.

- Work within an Agile environment, participating actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Identify, report, and track defects and issues in a timely manner.

- Continuously improve automation frameworks and test coverage.

- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to team dynamics.

- Provide excellent communication to stakeholders regarding test progress, issues, and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Proven experience in writing automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.

- Experience working in an Agile software development lifecycle.

- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.

- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail and quality.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and processes.

Preferred :

- Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins or similar.

- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
