YASH Technologies - Techno-Functional Consultant - QAD ERP Implementation

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide techno-functional expertise in QAD ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

- Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.

- Design and develop QAD customizations, reports, and integrations using QAD Progress 4GL, QXtend, or EDI.

- Configure QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Distribution, SCM, and Inventory Management.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Work on interface development and data migration between QAD and other enterprise systems.

- Support end-users by providing functional and technical resolutions to incidents and change requests.

- Ensure compliance with corporate standards, documentation, and change management processes.

- Participate in upgrades and patches, ensuring business continuity and data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in QAD ERP (Enterprise Applications) both functional and technical.

- Strong knowledge of QAD eB2 / EE / Adaptive UX / QAD Cloud environments.

- Hands-on experience with Progress 4GL, QAD APIs, QXtend, and EDI integrations.

- Functional understanding of Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Inventory processes.

- Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and customization within QAD.

- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable QAD solutions.

- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database management.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with QAD Cloud / QAD Adaptive ERP implementation.

- Exposure to automation, DevOps, or integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
