- Solution Leadership & Project Delivery : Lead and manage SAP FICO aspects of complex S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects from end-to-end. At least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/rollout experiences are a must.

FICO Module Configuration : Expertly configure and customize the SAP FICO module to meet diverse business requirements, covering :

- Master Data (e.g., G/L accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Vendors, Customers, Assets)

- Accounts Receivable

- Accounts Payable

- Asset Accounting & Asset Under Capitalization

- General Ledger Accounting & Reporting

- Product Costing

- COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis)

- Integration Expertise : Possess strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, particularly Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).

- Third-Party & Banking Integration : Manage and facilitate integration with third-party applications and possess knowledge of banking interfaces.

- RICEFW Management : Oversee and provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on SAP FICO business processes. Execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, system documentation, and training materials.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Lead and support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.

- Stakeholder Communication : Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management.

Key Requirements :

- 10 - 12 years of experience in the SAP FICO Module.

- Proven experience in Roll/Upgrades/Implementation projects at a Solution Lead level.

- At least 2 End-to-End S/4HANA implementation/rollout experiences are mandatory.

- Extensive experience in configuring the SAP FICO Module.

- In-depth knowledge of FICO Module related to : Master data, Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, Asset accounting, Asset under Capitalization, General Ledger, Reporting, Product

costing, and COPA.

- Strong integration knowledge with Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality

Management, Sales, and Distribution.

- Experience with integration with third-party applications and RICEFWs.

- Knowledge of banking interfaces.

- Ability to create and maintain documentation on SAP FICO business processes.

- Proficiency in executing FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, system

documentation, and training materials.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Certification in SAP S/4HANA would be an added advantage.
