Key Responsibilities :

- Mainframe Development : Design, develop, test, and maintain applications primarily using COBOL within the Mainframe environment.

- Database Interaction : Work with DB2 and IMS databases for data manipulation, storage, and retrieval.

- Job Control Language : Create and manage job streams using JCL (Job Control Language) for batch processing and utility execution.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Participate in the analysis and resolution of production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaboration : Work effectively as a team player, collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and QA teams.

- Documentation : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience : 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Mainframe technology.

- Core Technologies (Mandatory) : Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, IMS, and JCL.

- Communication : Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to be a strong team player.
