Role : SAP S/4HANA PP Lead Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished SAP S/4HANA PP Lead Consultant to join our team. If you possess 10-12 years of extensive experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), with a proven track record of leading significant implementation or rollout projects, and a deep understanding of S/4HANA functionalities and cross-module integrations, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do :

SAP PP Solution Leadership : Lead and manage SAP Production Planning (PP) aspects of complex S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects from end-to-end. At least two end-to-end S/4HANA implementation/rollout experiences are a must.

PP Module Configuration & Optimization : Expertly configure and customize the SAP PP module to meet diverse business requirements, covering :

1. Make-to-Stock (MTS) scenarios

2. Engineer-to-Order (ETO) / Make-to-Order (MTO) processes, especially with reference to Stock Transfer Orders.

3. Bill of Materials (BOMs), including Alternative BOMs.

4. Rework Processing

5. Materials Requirement Planning (MRP)

6. Batch Management

7. Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes

- Quality Management Integration : Work closely with Quality Management (QM) aspects related to PP, including Inspection Lots, Quality Certification, and Quality Notifications.

- Integration Expertise : Possess strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Finance (FI), and Costing/Controlling (CO).

- Third-Party Integration & RICEFW : Manage and facilitate integration with third-party applications and oversee RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) related to PP.

- Master Data Management : Demonstrate strong knowledge of master data in both PP and QM modules, ensuring data consistency and integrity.

- Documentation & Training : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on SAP PP business processes. Execute PP configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, system documentation, and training materials.

- Communication & Collaboration : Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project management, driving discussions and providing solutions.

Key Requirements :

- 10-12 years of experience in SAP PP, specifically in a Lead capacity.

- Proven experience in Rollout/Upgrades/Implementation projects.

- At least 2 End-to-end S/4HANA implementation/rollout experiences are mandatory.

- Experience in SAP Production Planning and Engineering Change Management (ECM) Module.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP PP related to : MTS scenarios, Engineer to Order (ETO)/Make to Order (MTO) with reference to Stock Transfer Order, Bill of Materials, Rework Processing, Materials Requirement Planning, Alternative BOM, Batch management, Inspection lots, Quality certification, Quality Notification, Engineering Change Management processes.

- Strong integration knowledge with Materials Management, Quality Management, Finance, and Costing/Controlling.

- Experience with integration with third-party applications and RICEFWs.

- Strong master data knowledge in both PP and QM.

- Good communication skills.

- Certification in SAP would be an added advantage.
