Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP QM activities within S/4HANA environments, ensuring smooth integration with cross-business processes including Procure to Pay (MM), Order to Cash (SD), and Plan to Inventory (PP).

- Manage L3 support and change management tasks, actively participate and drive technical discussions in CAB meetings.

- Deliver and maintain project documentation including Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TS), and estimates.

- Utilize ticketing tools efficiently and adhere to project lifecycles, SLAs, and methodologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on interfaces, enhancements, and system integration.

- Oversee quality management processes including Inspection Lot, Quality Notifications, and Master Inspection Characteristics.

- Handle inspection planning, dynamic modification rules, source inspection, and follow-up actions such as quality notification action box.

- Manage batch management and batch derivation processes within QM.

- Support Warehouse Quality Management and inspection types.

- Demonstrate basic knowledge of BOM, Routing, Production Order & Processing concepts relevant to QM processes.

- Exposure to Calibration process is a plus.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP QM, especially in S/4HANA projects.

- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP QM implementation projects along with support and roll-outs.

- Strong understanding of integration between QM and MM, SD, PP modules.

- Experience handling L3 support and change management activities.

- Familiarity with project management tools, SLAs, and documentation standards.

- Expertise in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes within SAP QM.

- Knowledge of batch management, inspection types, and warehouse quality management.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
