YASH Technologies - SAP MM Consultant - Configuration & Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP MM core functionalities including PR, PO, MIGO, MIRO, release strategy, inventory management, GST, import purchasing, etc.

- Provide functional expertise for the successful implementation and ongoing support of SAP MM.

- Prepare comprehensive solution documents, test cases, and other project documentation.

- Perform functional debugging and collaborate with ABAP developers to support system enhancements.

- Handle SAP MM module rollouts, including plant rollouts and new implementations.

- Work closely with SAP Run Teams to prioritize, test, and deploy system changes or fixes.

- Support intercompany business processes and ensure accurate SAP configuration to meet business needs.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, define solutions, and align system capabilities with business goals.

- Provide training, user guidance, and support post-implementation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD).

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of P2P processes and materials management workflows.

- Solid integration knowledge with other SAP modules.

- Ability to conduct functional debugging and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

- Experience preparing solution documents, test scenarios, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Experience with intercompany and import purchasing processes.

- In-depth knowledge of inventory management, release strategies, and taxation/GST within SAP.

- Exposure to rollout projects and ability to support global SAP implementations.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field; SAP certification is a plus.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment.

- Understanding of SAP Fiori apps related to MM.

- Familiarity with IDOCs, BAPIs, and basic ABAP debugging.
