Description :

- Act as a functional analyst and subject matter expert for QAD ERP systems.

- Support and implement QAD 2017 EE (Enterprise Edition) or higher across business units.

- Develop and maintain technical components using QAD PROGRESS programming.

- Work with end users and stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into QAD solutions.

- Utilize QRF, QXTEND, API Programming, and Excelerator tools to integrate and extend QAD functionality.

- Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.

- Provide technical and functional support for QAD ERP modules.

- Create documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions delivered.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience as a QAD ERP Functional Analyst.

- Strong hands-on expertise in QAD 2017 EE or later versions.

- Proficiency in QAD PROGRESS programming.

- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.

- Familiarity with QRF, QXTEND, API Programming, and Excelerator.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

- Experience in global ERP implementations is a plus.
