Job Summary :

- We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master .This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and enabling the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a timely manner.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Scrum Master Duties :

- Ensure that Scrum principles are adhered to and the teams remain focused on their goals.

- Coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Impediment Management :

- Proactively identify and remove impediments that may teams' progress, ensuring a clear line of accountability.

- Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary to ensure swift resolution.

- Identify potential risks to product success and develop effective mitigation plans.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Serve as a liaison between the Teams , Product Owner and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

- Foster a collaborative environment where teams are empowered to take ownership of their work.

Reporting and Metrics :

- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders on team performance, velocity, and delivery progress.

- Use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Risk Management :

- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.

- Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks with the ability to coach and guide teams.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on removing impediments and facilitating smooth project delivery.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
