Job Description :

- Analyze requirements and develop technical solutions aligning to Salesforce best practices.

- Based on user requirements analysis, provide solutioning to customer which meets customer expectations.

- Define optimal design and solution to client provided requirements.

- Deliver customer requirements within agreed timelines and adhering to SLAs agreed.

- Drive the team for delivery excellence.

- Innovate via conceptualizing new tools and accelerators toward competency building activities.

- Mentor and guide team members, providing support on project deliverables.

- Prepare functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed, business solution.

- Technically lead the team in Salesforce projects.

Required Technical/ Functional Competencies :

- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Build and manage APIs with a strong focus on reusability, scalability, and security.

- Apply API security best practices including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, client ID enforcement, and policy management.

- Configure and manage API policies using API Manager (OAuth 2.0, JWT, rate limiting, throttling, IP whitelisting, etc.

- Strong knowledge of DataWeave and MuleSoft connectors (Database, Salesforce, SAP, etc.)

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability.

- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise integration standards.

- Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide MuleSoft developers and help design and build strong integrations using MuleSoft.

- Strong hands-on experience in implementing API management, Cloud integrations, Queuing/Messaging, and/or Streaming.

- Implement and manage EDI integrations (X12, EDIFACT) with external trading partners using Mulesoft Partner Manager.

- Develop workflows for document ingestion, classification, and data extraction using MuleSoft RPA & IDP.

- Expert-level skills in developing integration patterns, data transformation, and technical orchestration.

- Expertise in REST/JSON, SOAP/WSDL web services, XSL/XSLT and SAML.

- Experience in design API using RAML, swagger and OAS etc.

- Strong experience in implementing on-premises, Cloud, RTF, and/or Hybrid integrations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket).

- Good to have understanding on Mulechain AI connector, Anypoint code builder(ACB) and knowing on leverage generative AI to build code faster.
