- Very Good in Java full stack (especialized in Spring modules and Microservice based system design and implementation.).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of talented Java developers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to manage development cycles, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable Java-based applications, ensuring best coding practices and performance optimization.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, design, development, testing to deployment.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

- Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and optimize code quality and performance.

- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Manage project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Java development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.

- Strong knowledge of core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

- Proficient with build tools like Maven/Gradle, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills.
