Role : Power BI Developer EPIC EMR Reporting

Location : Remote

Part Time Contract

Shift Hours : 7-11 PM IST (2-4 hours)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards by connecting to the EPIC EMR system.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and deliver insightful visualizations that support clinical and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using data extracted from the EPIC EMR system.

- Collaborate with business users, clinicians, and data teams to gather reporting requirements.

- Create data models, DAX queries, and measures to enable efficient and accurate reporting.

- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, visualization, and performance.

- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for developed reports and dashboards.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven 7+ years experience as a Power BI Developer with expertise in data visualization and DAX.

- Strong experience of EPIC EMR data structures and reporting.

- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and healthcare data models.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred :

- Prior experience in a healthcare/clinical data environment.

- Familiarity with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, or other Epic reporting tools.
