We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL databases, and modern backend architecture patterns. Additionally, the role requires exposure to Generative AI technologies and experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications. The candidate will play a key role in designing high-performance backend services, optimizing data access layers, and building intelligent business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and support enterprise-grade Microservices architectures and distributed systems.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Develop robust, reusable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

- Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making processes.

- Design and implement domain-driven, event-driven, and message-driven solutions for enterprise applications.

- Develop and optimize data access layers for both relational and NoSQL databases.

- Write, analyze, and optimize complex SQL queries to improve application performance and scalability.

- Design database schemas, indexing strategies, and data models to support business requirements.

- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

- Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, and performance across environments.

- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.

- Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-19 years of experience in enterprise application development.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.

- Deep expertise in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

- Strong knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance Optimization.

- Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience designing and developing Microservices-based applications.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.

- Experience building REST APIs and backend integration services.

- Strong application design and software architecture skills.

- Experience working with relational databases and SQL-based systems.
