Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAS CI 360 Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in managing, implementing, and optimizing customer intelligence solutions using SAS CI 360 platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing automation, campaign management, data-driven decision-making, and customer analytics.

This role requires strong technical expertise in SAS CI 360, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful marketing initiatives.


Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Implementation & Solution Design :

- Design, configure, and implement marketing campaigns and customer journeys using SAS CI 360.

- Understand client business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

- Develop personalized marketing strategies by leveraging SAS CI 360 modules like Campaign, Engage, Discover, and Audience.


Campaign Management & Execution :

- Build, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, web, mobile, social).

- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, error-free, and aligned with business goals.

- Perform campaign testing (A/B testing, control groups, etc.) and track performance metrics.


Analytics & Insights :

- Analyze customer data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.

- Use SAS CI 360 analytics capabilities to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.

- Support marketing teams with reporting dashboards, predictive modeling, and audience segmentation.


Integration & Technical Support :

- Integrate SAS CI 360 with other enterprise systems such as CRM, data warehouses, and external platforms.

- Work with APIs and data connectors for real-time personalization.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.


Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of customer intelligence strategies.

- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and documentation to end-users and internal teams.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAS CI 360 capabilities and best practices.


Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.

- 4- 6 years of hands-on experience in SAS CI 360 (Customer Intelligence 360) implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in campaign design, execution, and optimization.

- Experience in marketing automation tools, customer analytics, and audience segmentation.

- Proficiency with SQL, data manipulation, and ETL concepts.

- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, mobile, push notifications).

- Familiarity with data modeling, customer journey mapping, and marketing KPIs.


Good to Have :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and SaaS-based marketing solutions.

- Exposure to Python, R, or other analytics tools for advanced customer modeling.

- Experience in API integrations and real-time decisioning engines.

- Certification in SAS CI 360 or SAS Marketing Automation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
