Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and enhance MarTech stack including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy leveraging tools like SQL, CDP/DMPs, and marketing databases.
- Drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools.
- Ensure flawless campaign deployment, testing (A/B, multivariate), QA, and performance
tracking.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness using dashboards and analytics (Google
Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SFMC reports).
- Maintain high standards for data compliance, security, privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and
governance.
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing technologists, automation specialists, and developers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency and campaign
effectiveness.
Required Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and platforms like Talend, Zapier, APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, data extensions, and relational data models.
- Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms
preferred.
Preferred Skills :
- Willing to learn SAS environments.
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR, CCPA.
- Experience in B2B and B2C campaign deployment models
