We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (2-3 Years Experience) with strong expertise in React.js and Python, and hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs). The role requires leveraging AI-powered IDEs and AI models to build intelligent, scalable, and efficient web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js and Python.

- Build reusable, modular, and scalable frontend components using modern React practices.

- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and business logic using Python frameworks.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.

- Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.

- Utilize AI-powered IDEs such as Cursor AI, Antigravity AI IDE, or Windsurf AI IDE for faster and smarter development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.

Required Skills :

- 2- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong expertise in React.js.

- Strong backend development experience with Python.

- Working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Small Language Models (SLMs).

- Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models).

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow integration.

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted IDEs (any one) :

1. Cursor AI IDE

2. Antigravity AI IDE

3. Windsurf AI IDE

- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations.
