Description :

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AEM Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in web development and content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL), along with exposure to RESTful APIs and web services. Experience in UI development and React JS is a plus.

You will collaborate with senior developers and digital specialists to build scalable websites, customize components, integrate APIs, and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and content workflows. The role requires a solid understanding of CMS development and an eagerness to contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain websites using (AEM).

- Build custom templates, components, and workflows aligned with best practices.

- Write clean, structured, and reusable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Work with JSON data, RESTful APIs, and web services for integrations.

- Support content authoring teams by configuring and troubleshooting CMS features.

- Utilize AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to improve efficiency.

- Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.

- Understanding of database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and web integration.

- Exposure to AI/ML-powered tools (AI coding assistants, content optimization).

- Hands-on experience in AEM or similar CMS platforms.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with React.js or other UI frameworks.

- Exposure to version control tools (Git).

- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.

- Experience in CMS migrations, plugin customization, or workflow automation.
