What we're looking for :

- 4-6 years of hands-on DevOps experience

- Polyglot mindset, comfortable working across multiple cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Terraform expertise (mandatory)

- Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, etc.)

- CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience

- Experience building executables (.exe) and automation scripting with PowerShell

- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and ML model deployment workflows (good to have)

- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and help teams grow

- A true sense of ownership, you don't wait to be told, you drive things forward

What you'll do :

- Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure using Terraform

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines across projects

- Create automation tools, scripts, and packaged executables

- Support and streamline ML deployment workflows where applicable

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their technical growth

- Take end-to-end ownership of DevOps processes from CI/CD to production support

- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, providing technical direction
