Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Participate in requirements gathering, system design, and architectural discussions.

- Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA and Product teams.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in Java development.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and web services.

- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

- Knowledge of build tools like Maven/Gradle.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
