- Development : Develop, test, and deploy Java-based, release-capable AEM software components and templates.

- Integration : Implement AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, Target) and third-party APIs.

- Architecture : Design secure, scalable, and manageable CMS solutions.

- Maintenance : Troubleshoot and debug production issues.

- Collaboration : Work with UI/UX designers, front-end developers, and marketers to deliver optimized digital experiences.

- Performance : Optimize site performance and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills :

- AEM Expertise : Proven experience with AEM Sites, components, templates, and OSGi services.

- Java/Backend : Strong skills in Java, Java Content Repository (JCR) API, and Apache Sling.

- Front-End : Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Tools : Familiarity with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Typically 3 - 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
