About the Job :

Your Role :

This is a position for a Software Engineer / Test Data Manager requiring 7+ years of experience.

The role is based in Pune and follows a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities :

- Review technical requirements for test automation across multiple departments

- Create process scripts using the Worksoft Certify automation tool

- Plan, execute, and evaluate process scripts using Worksoft Continuous Testing Manager

- Maintain and document process scripts in accordance with programming conventions

- Identify, analyze, and resolve process-related errors

- Document deviations or defects completely and accurately

- Manage and administer SQL databases

- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

- Administer the order portal and its related automated processes

- Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners during Program Increment (PI) planning within the SAFe framework

Your Profile :

We are seeking a Software Engineer / Test Data Manager with expertise in test automation using Worksoft Certify, database management, and web development skills.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 7+ years of professional experience

- Certification in Worksoft Certify (Certify SAP / Certify for Web)

- Experience with Worksoft Continuous Testing Manager

- Strong SQL database management and administration skills

- Web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

- English proficiency (B2 level or higher)

- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve process-related issues

- Strong documentation skills for process scripts and defect reports

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

- German language skills

- Experience working in agile teams and environments

- Background in test data management

- Experience in automation and database administration

- Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters and Product Owners

- Knowledge of the SAFe framework
