Workfront Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement Workfront and Workfront Fusion to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for end-users.

- Provide troubleshooting and post-launch support to ensure smooth operation of Workfront solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project management, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows within Workfront.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Workfront and Workfront Fusion administration and development.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Workflow automation and lifecycle management

2. Project and portfolio management (PPM)

3. Workfront object model, custom forms, reports, and dashboards

4. Workfront Fusion scenario creation and optimization

5. Role and permission management

- Workfront (Core Platform) : Proficient in configuring and managing custom forms, reports, templates, dashboards, portfolios, and user roles.

- Workfront Fusion : Skilled in designing and optimizing automation scenarios, integrating third-party systems using Workfront Fusion, and managing end-to-end workflows.

- JavaScript : Experience with JavaScript for scripting logic within Fusion scenarios and enhancing integration functionality.

- RESTful APIs : Strong understanding of REST APIs for integrating Workfront with external systems and services.

- Proven ability to :

1. Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

2. Train users and create user-friendly documentation

3. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues independently

- Strong expertise in workflow automation, process governance, and reporting within Workfront.

- Proven ability to train users and develop detailed documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams effectively.
