Hiring for a Workday implementation organisation

Job Duties :

- Consult on the integration of systems into the Workday environment

- Design and develop integrations using EIBs, Core / Cloud Connectors and Studio

- Enhance existing integrations to support changes in business

- Resolve issues with integrations

- Collaborate with Business to define requirements and facilitate testing but own the design, development and support activities for integrations

- Lead, mentor and train junior developers

Skills and Qualifications :

- Expertise in the full range of Workday proprietary tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Studio)

- Deep knowledge of Workday Studio is required

- Must have worked on Document Transformations, XSLT, Calculated Fields

- Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll integrations required. Knowledge of

- Workday Finance integrations a plus, but not required

- Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 5+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workday Integration developer

- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
