Job Title : Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with at least 5+ years of Workday implementation and configuration experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Workday Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect for Benefits, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and a solid understanding of Workday HCM integrations and APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and support integrations between Workday HCM and external systems using :

1. Workday Studio

2. EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)

3. Core Connectors

4. Cloud Connect for Benefits (CCB)

5. Document Transformation

- Support end-to-end Workday integration development, testing, and deployment.

- Configure HCM modules, business processes, and custom reporting in Workday.

- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP/WSDL) and Web Services for integration.

- Handle data mapping, transformation, migration, and post-load validations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and integration issues.

- Ensure security and integrity of PII data during migration or integration.

- Provide post-production support, monitor integrations, and troubleshoot failures.

- Work on M&A integration efforts if required.

- Deliver future-ready, scalable solutions that optimize HR processes and user experience.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM with strong focus on integrations

- Proficiency in :

1. Workday Studio

2. EIB

3. Core Connectors

4. Cloud Connect for Benefits

5. Document Transformation

- Strong experience in Web Services (REST/SOAP) and XML, XSLT

- Good understanding of Workday business objects, custom objects, and reporting

- Experience in data conversion, migration, and integration testing

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Nice to Have :

- Workday Integration Certifications

- Experience with PECI, PICOF, CCW

- M&A integration experience

- Familiarity with other HCM ERP systems and cross-platform migration
