Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps.

- Participate in design sessions with clients, providing creative and practical solutions to meet business needs.

- Understand and build the Workday Integrations, documenting as necessary.

- Manage end-to-end Workday integrations, from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.

- Collaborate with internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver the best integration solutions.

- Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Manage project scope, client expectations, and timely delivery of integration milestones.

- Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.

- Recognize and embody our purpose and values, applying them in your projects and client interactions.

- Foster relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience :

- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations is required.

- Strong command over Workday integration technologies (EIB, Studio, Connectors, WECI, PECI, RaaS) to build and maintain integrations.

- Utilize web services standards and technologies, such as XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, WSDL and XSD, to implement integrations.

- Ability to work with external tools like SoapUI and Postman to do API calls.

- Good Knowledge of Core HCM, Security and Reporting in Workday.

- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
