About the Role :


We are seeking dynamic Workday Functional Consultants with 36 years of hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules. The role involves driving HR technology initiatives, delivering functional solutions, and ensuring seamless Workday implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities :


- Configure, support, and enhance Workday modules including HCM, Security, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reporting, and Prism Analytics.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and implement solutions.

- Support end-to-end HR processes and ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

- Perform system testing, UAT, and production validation to ensure accuracy and functionality.

- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Workday modules.

- Deliver standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams, HR business partners, and cross-functional teams for smooth delivery of Workday projects.

- Keep abreast of Workday releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.

Required Skillsets :


- Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, and Prism Analytics.

- Proven functional consulting experience across at least two end-to-end Workday projects.

- Strong knowledge of HR business processes and workflows.

- Ability to create, test, and deliver Workday configurations and integrations.

- Experience in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics for data-driven insights.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
