Hiring for a leading workday implementation partner based at Pune

Job Duties:

- Collaborate with key Finance, Accounting, and other business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.

- Work with the Workday implementation partner to understand how Workday is configured.

- Determine which requirements can be satisfied by delivered Workday reports and which need to be custom developed.

- Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.

- Undertake unit testing and work with business users for UAT and deployment into Production.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Atleast 3 years of Workday Finance experience required

- Expertise in one of Workday Financials functional areas - Procure to Pay, Contract-to-Cash, Record-to-Report / Financial Accounting

- Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Planning, and related business process frameworks

- Strong experience in developing advanced, matrix and composite reports

- Deep knowledge of calculated fields

- Must have experience developing reports related to Financial Statements

- Good to have experience developing reports for Workday Projects, Project Billing, Customers, and Contracts

- Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, test case creation within Workday

- Ability to interact with executive level stakeholders, manage expectations, provide regular updates and conduct steering committee meetings.

- Excellent communication skills. Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise release notes and documentation
