- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch

- Customize themes and plugins as per client requirements

- Convert Figma/PSD designs into fully functional WordPress sites

- Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and SEO best practices

- Handle website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting

- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients

- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced service environment

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with WordPress CMS

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP

- Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders

- Good understanding of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility

- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website optimization techniques

- Familiarity with theme customization and plugin integration

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in a service-based company

- Knowledge of WooCommerce

- Familiarity with Git/version control

- Exposure to hosting, domain management, and cPanel

Soft Skills :

- Good communication skills (client interaction is a plus)

- Strong problem-solving ability

- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
