- Under moderate supervision, designs, develops, tests, debugs and deploys moderately complex customer-intent software solutions, along with creating and supporting software tools and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of the software system.

- Makes moderately complex modifications to existing software to fit specialized needs and configurations and maintains program libraries and technical documentation.

- Assists in planning, scheduling and implementation and initiates corrective action(s) to stay on schedule.

- You will create autonomous AI agents in Python and craft effective prompts for generative AI models.

- In addition, you will be able to develop and maintain UI applications and back-end services that consume agentic AI workflows using TypeScript, React.js, and NodeJS.

- Your role will involve implementing security best practices, optimizing and improving accuracy of AI agents and e2e performance.

- You will participate in Agile development processes, peer code reviews, estimation, and sprint planning.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain AI agents in Python.

- This involves creating autonomous AI agents that can perceive their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve specific goals also using large language models (LLMs) and / or a willingness to learn this.

- Craft effective prompts to guide generative AI models (like ChatGPT) to produce desired outputs.

- Experience with observability preferably creating insights into agentic workflows.

- Develop and maintain applications that act as consumer of agentic ai workflows using typescript, React.js and NodeJS.

- Implement security best practices for web applications, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Participate in Agile development, peer code reviews, estimation and sprint planning.

Job Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry.

- Experience with creating agentic AI in Python.

- This involves creating autonomous AI agents that can perceive their environment, make decisions, and take actions to achieve specific goals also using large language models (LLMs).

- Experience in working in agile teams using technologies like Python, Node.JS, React.Js, typescript and different kind of datastores.

- Experience in software development, with proficiency in both frontend and backend technologies.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.

- Experience in end-to-end software project delivery, from conception to deployment.

Key Skills :

- Experience with creating agents in python with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

- Cloud & DevOps : Docker, Jira, Git, Rush, (we use infra as code but run containers for local development).

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Backend & API Integration : Node.js creation of RESTful APIs (and orchestration).

- Web Technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Version Control & Build Tools : GitHub/BitBucket.

- AI Code Generation tools like GitHub Copilot.

Mandatory Skills :
