Description :

- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

- Drive architectural decisions and guide the design of large-scale, distributed systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to ensure smooth project execution.

- Perform code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure maintainability.

- Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

- Plan and manage engineering roadmaps, technical debt, and process improvements.

- Work closely on third-party integrations and ensure seamless connectivity.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Core Java.

- Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.

- Hands-on experience in designing scalable web systems.

- Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful services.

- Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL, including writing complex queries and understanding database configurations.

- Solid understanding of design patterns.

- Experience working with microservices architecture (preferred).

- Experience in third-party integrations.
