We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Java Technical Lead with 8 to 15 years of experience in product development, ideally from premier institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier Engineering colleges in India.

As part of our elite development team, you will be expected to solve complex technical problems, design scalable systems, and deliver high-impact solutions at faster pace. You will also lead Engineers, drive end-to-end project execution, and work closely with clients to convert business needs into practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance Java applications.

- Translate complex client problems into simple, scalable technical solutions.

- Break down business requirements into actionable tasks for the team and drive execution.

- Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and development speed.

- Own architectural decisions, design discussions, and ensure high code quality through reviews and best practices.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Maintain a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve development productivity and product quality.

Required Skills :

- 8 to 15 years of hands-on Java development experience, including experience in leading small to mid-sized teams and managing technical delivery.

- Strong experience in building complex products/applications and distributed systems from the ground up.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles, Java internals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance systems with speed and precision.

- Exposure to RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and project ownership abilities.

Preferred Background :

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA from IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, or other top-tier institutions.

- Prior recognitions, awards, or rapid growth within previous organizations is a big plus.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver in fast paced environment without compromising on quality.
