Job summary :

We are seeking highly skilled Java Backend Developers (4-12 years) to design and build scalable backend systems using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. The role involves developing and optimizing RESTful APIs, working with multithreading, concurrency, RDBMS/NoSQL databases, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Candidates must have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.

- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and services for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Work with multithreading and concurrent programming to ensure efficient execution of backend processes.

- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and following best development practices.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and scale applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-12 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

- Experience with multithreading and concurrent processing.

- Experience with relational (RDBMS) and/or NoSQL databases.
