Looking for Strong Back-End Software Engineer - Mumbai
Exp : 5 to 8 years.
The Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End engineer to join our Bengaluru Engineering team. You will play an important role in building up the technological backbone .
In this role you will work closely with our business partners, build and design new solutions, and support the current business. As we continue to build the team we are looking for Back-End engineers that have the ability to help build the server side elements such as data storage, security and overall performance.
As an experienced Back-End Software Engineer you will help build our technology to offer a modern prime brokerage experience.
You will tackle non trivial problems that force you to balance trade offs while implementing clean and efficient solutions.
This role is deeply involved with engineering the technology solution that we offer to our varied client base including hedge funds, traders and portfolio managers.
Tech Stack : Java, Go, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka
You Will :
- Solve challenging engineering problems that underpin the financial system, handling tens of millions of trades/day
- Build highly available, scalable, mission-critical applications in a modern technology stack
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to address scalability concerns to enable higher volumes of trades
- Work with users to understand and define new features and drive them to completion
- Develop a deep understanding of the business domain
Requirements :
- At least four (4) years of professional software engineering experience and strong proficiency with Java and our tech stack listed is preferred
- Deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals, such as algorithms and data structures
- High degree of self-motivation and willingness to jump into unfamiliar areas to solve problems
- Ability to work with stakeholders to develop new product ideas, design the technology to implement them, and see them through to completion
