Position : Wireless Network Engineer (Wi-Fi design)
Overall/Total Experience : 3-6 years only

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Design and deploy enterprise wireless networks (campus, branch, and large-scale environments).
- Conduct RF planning, site surveys, and capacity analysis using tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet, and similar.
- Define wireless architecture standards, best practices, and design frameworks.
- Configure and manage wireless controllers and access points (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper Mist, Ruckus, etc.).
- Implement SSIDs, VLAN mappings, mobility groups, and roaming configurations.
- Design and implement secure wireless solutions (WPA3, 802.1X, EAP protocols).
- Integrate wireless networks with NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass).
- Monitor for rogue APs, unauthorized access, and wireless threats.
- Analyse RF performance, interference, coverage gaps, and client experience.
- Use monitoring tools (Cisco Meraki/Prime/DNA Center, Aruba Central/AirWave, Mist Cloud) to track performance.
- Implement QoS policies for voice/video over Wi-Fi.
- Work with cloud-managed wireless platforms (Meraki, Mist, Aruba Central).
Candidate Requirements :
- Must have 3+ years of experience in networking, with a strong focus on wireless (enterprise Wi-Fi design, implementation, and RF).
- Must have hands-on experience designing and deploying enterprise wireless networks (campus, branch, large-scale), including RF planning, site surveys, and capacity analysis using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
- Must have experience providing L3/L4 support for major wireless incidents, with root-cause analysis and problem management.
- Must have hands-on expertise with enterprise wireless platforms (Cisco, Aruba, Mist, Ruckus) - configuring controllers, access points, SSIDs, VLAN mappings, mobility groups, and roaming.
- Must have strong RF fundamentals (channel planning, power levels, interference mitigation), high-density design, and hands-on experience with 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7).
- Must have strong TCP/IP networking / R&S fundamentals and knowledge of authentication protocols (802.1X, RADIUS, EAP) and secure wireless (WPA3).
- Must have RF optimization and troubleshooting experience - interference, coverage gaps, latency, packet loss, roaming delays, and spectrum analysis.
- Must have hands-on experience planning and executing Wi-Fi 6E / Wi-Fi 7 upgrades and migrations.
