We are looking for a skilled Windows System Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high system availability, troubleshooting server-related issues, managing virtualization platforms, and supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor system health, uptime, CPU/Memory/Disk utilization, and proactively resolve issues.

- Ensure high system availability and participate in 24x7 on-call support.

- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of physical and virtual servers.

- Manage user access, group permissions, and security policies.

- Configure and maintain shared folders and security permissions.

- Handle software installation, upgrades, and patch deployments.

- Administer Microsoft Windows technologies including :

1. Active Directory

2. DNS

3. DHCP

4. Group Policy

5. File Server

6. Microsoft Failover Cluster

- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, including :

1. VM creation

2. Snapshot management

3. Disk/LUN management

- Provide support for incidents and ensure SLA compliance.

- Maintain work logs, alert monitoring, and ticket monitoring.

- Create and maintain server configurations and operating system hardening.

- Capture and analyze logs/events using Event Viewer to identify root causes.

- Configure and manage Windows Firewall rules.

- Work with ticketing tools for change and service request management.

- Understand VA point mitigation and CIS benchmark compliance.

- Support physical server firmware upgrades.

- Coordinate with OEM/Vendors during critical issues.

- Manage NTP configuration and Windows activation.

- Deploy Windows security patches.

- Perform routine health checks and daily operational activities.

- Mentor junior engineers and review their work.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Experience in enterprise Windows server administration.

- Knowledge of virtualization and storage management.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
