Job Description :

Bachelors degree and a minimum of 10+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 10 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.

Operating Systems :

- 8+ years hands on administration of Windows OS environments.

- 4+ years hands on administration of VMware environments.

- 4+ years hands on administration with RHEL or other Linux environments.

Core Competencies :

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to include resources, priorities, and timelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Results oriented team player who will work towards meeting team commitments.

- Experience with system configuration automation (Scripting with Pearl/Python/Bash or DevOps tools like Chef/Puppet).

- Ability to mentor technical operations staff in appropriate technologies, as needed.

- Understanding of the competitive landscape from both business and technical perspective is a plus.

Certifications :

- Professional ITIL Foundations Certified is a plus.

- Preferred certifications : Microsoft Certified IT Professional MCITP, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), VMware Certified Professional VCP, or Red Hat Certified Engineer.

- Experience with DevOps and Agile frameworks is a plus.

Education :

- UG : Any Graduate.
