Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Windows Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in server administration, Active Directory management, PowerShell scripting, networking, and virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments

- Manage and administer Active Directory including users, groups, GPOs, and OU structures

- Perform server monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and performance tuning

- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting

- Configure and support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and other network services

- Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware

- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices

- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments

- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

- Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and issue resolution

Required Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration

- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Group Policies

- Experience in PowerShell scripting and automation

- Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

- Experience with virtualization technologies

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration

- Experience with backup and monitoring tools

- Understanding of security hardening and patch management

- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

- Microsoft Azure Administrator

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

Soft Skills :

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Good communication and documentation abilities

- Ability to work independently and in team environments
