About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Technical Lead with deep expertise in C# development and strong end-to-end software engineering skills. The ideal candidate should have a background in product-based companies and be capable of driving technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, design, and implement new product features.

- Develop automated unit and integration tests.

- Maintain and enhance development tools, frameworks, and processes.

- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues across different modules.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.

- Support field engineers and non-developer teams in issue resolution.

- Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and process improvements.

- Lead by example in enforcing best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of strong C# development expertise.

- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Strong understanding of UML models with ability to create and interpret them.

- Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) - requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

- Current or prior experience in a product-based company.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Exposure to image processing, automation, or robotics.

- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance applications.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Ability to work independently within a small, agile team.

- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership of deliverables.
