We are seeking an experienced Windchill Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT organizations to define scalable Windchill architectures, optimize product development processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design end-to-end Windchill PLM solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Define system architecture, data models, workflows, and security frameworks.

- Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.

- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Business Process Consulting :

- Analyze and improve engineering and product development processes.

- Map business requirements to Windchill capabilities.

- Recommend best practices for change management, configuration management, BOM management, and document control.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide guidance on Windchill customization, configuration, and deployment.

- Review technical designs and development deliverables.

- Mentor developers, administrators, and functional consultants.

- Support estimation, planning, and risk assessment activities.

Requirements :

- 15+ years of experience in PLM solutions.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windchill architecture and implementation.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

2. Configuration Management

3. Change Management

4. Engineering BOM (eBOM) and Manufacturing BOM (mBOM)

5. Product Data Management (PDM)

- Experience with Java, web technologies, and database systems.

- Experience with Windchill upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

Preferred Skills :

- Windchill PDMLink implementation experience.

- Windchill customization using Java APIs.

- Knowledge of cloud deployment architectures.

- Experience with REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
